Terms of Service

These terms cover the basic rules for using JobWell. We kept them practical and readable so you know what the service does, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from users.

Effective date: March 2026

What JobWell is

JobWell is a software service that helps contractors, tradespeople, and property owners document jobs with photos, videos, notes, check-ins, and shared timelines through the iOS app and web dashboard at jobwell.app.

Account requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and you agree to provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

JobWell is meant for lawful job documentation, communication, and recordkeeping. You may not use the service to upload illegal content, infringe someone else’s rights, attempt to disrupt the platform, or misuse the app for spam, fraud, harassment, or anything outside legitimate work documentation.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the web. You can cancel anytime, and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for the current billing period after a charge has been processed.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, notes, and other content you upload to JobWell. By using the service, you give JobWell a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the product and provide timeline, sharing, reporting, and account features.

Privacy

Your use of JobWell is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination

You can stop using JobWell and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or misuse the platform.

Limitation of liability

JobWell is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, JobWell and Creative Push will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@jobwell.app and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of JobWell will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and you and JobWell each waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for unauthorized use of intellectual property, security issues, or unauthorized access to the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law rules.
